SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
SHIPPING LOCATION AND TIME:
All items are shipped from Macau. We require signatures for all deliveries. We aim to ship all completed orders within 48 hours of the order being completed. In
the event of undeliverable packages the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address. In the case that an undeliverable item
is returned to us, the purchaser will receive a refund for the purchase, less shipping costs.
SHIPPING COST:
AirMail:
Applied to all countries. $9.99 USD to all destinations. Usually takes around 14 days under normal circumstances.
GroundMail:
Applied to China only. $4.95 to all cities in China. Delivery time would depend on cities.
SeaMail:
Applied to HongKong only. $4.95 to all locations in Hong Kong. Usually takes around 1 week.
COMBINE SHIPPING:
Shipping cost for any additional items would be half the original cost of first item. For example if you purchase 3 items from Europe, total shipping cost would be
$9.99 + $5.00 + $5.00 = $19.99 USD.
